If you require shipping to a location not listed above, please contact us at shop@linkdchains.com before placing an order.


2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (NZT) on business days will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (NZT), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

NZ Rural Courier 1-2 Business Days $14.00
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $250 within New Zealand.
  • International shipping rates vary - please get in contact via email if you wish to discuss shipping rates.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days, please contact us at shop@linkdchains.com.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow 3 additional days before contacting us.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
